Our Practices
 

We follow ethical practices with our animals and organic practices with our produce. We follow practices that allow us to happily feed our children, family, friends, and customers food that is healthy and free of chemicals and hormones.

Animals:

We provide our animals with the space to roam in order to eat off the land. We have a paddock system which allows us to move the animals to different spaces with fresh grass and barley. We socialize with the animals as we believe happy animals lead to delicious meat.

Produce:

Our peppers, super hots, garlic, onions, vegetables, and fruit are grown without the use of synthetic chemicals or pesticides. Instead, we practice crop rotation to limit disease development and avoid depleting soil nutrition and strategically plant flowers that attract beneficial insects, including bumblebees to pollinate the plants.
